Merino wool for mini adventurers

Merino wool 🐏

Warmth in winter, coolness in summer, comfort all year round!

Because we believe that mini adventurers deserve the best for exploring nature and for sleeping well, we have created comfortable, versatile and above all grow-with-me thermal clothing, made in Quebec, Canada, from merino wool, a precious fiber that has super magical powers! ✨

Environmentally friendly

Our clothes and accessories for mini adventurers are made of merino wool, a natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre. We also favor recyclable, recycled or biodegradable materials for our mailings and other components of our collection. The preservation of our planet is at the heart of our mission.

Made in Quebec, Canada

We are proud that the majority of our 100% merino wool products have obtained the “Made in Quebec” certification mark from the certification body Les Produits du Québec. We make it a point to prioritize local suppliers to reduce our supply chains and to promote the local economy.

Sustainable

Because little ones grow at lightning speed, our clothes and accessories are mostly scalable, so that they can potentially be worn over 2 years by the same child. We chose classic, timeless designs as well as neutral, unisex shades so our designs can be taken to the next level.

Summer is here!

Which merino wool to choose?

Here are 4 essential points to consider when shopping for merino wool clothing.

The base layer should be in direct contact with the skin. Its role is to regulate humidity by wicking sweat or moisture away from the body to keep it dry.

You should definitely avoid cotton as a base layer, as it tends to retain moisture, which can make you cold quickly.

Merino wool is a base layer par excellence because it expels moisture and acts as a thermoregulating insulator.

Our scalable wetsuits as well as our scalable thermal sets are the base layers of choice!

The middle layer retains body heat by trapping warm air. The preferred insulating materials are merino wool, polyester, sherpa and fleece.

Depending on the weather, you can opt for thicker or thinner mid layers.

Our fleece sets, sherpa jumpsuit, colorblock sweaters, and even merino sweat sets are great mid-layers.

Note that they can also be worn directly on the skin.

Also called shell, the outer layer protects against external elements, such as rain, wind and snow.

Waterproof, breathable and wind-resistant windbreakers, jackets and pants are great options for staying dry and warm!
